WHAT IS CPF LOUD & CLEAR?
CPF LOUD & CLEAR is a 'micro-media' project from Carmarthenshire People First, specifically created to share the real voices, experiences & perspectives of people with learning disabilities and autism. The Members talk about the things that matter to them - and should matter to us - everyday achievements, honest experiences, practical advice, funny moments and important truths are all important here.At its heart, CPF LOUD & CLEAR is about voice, choice & lived experience. Here, Members share their own stories, answer questions, challenge myths and celebrate the things they are proud of. Some videos are thoughtful, some are funny, some are quietly powerful - but every one of them is real. Over time, CPF LOUD & CLEAR will become a living-archive of voices from the CPF community: a place where people can learn, listen and understand the experiences of people with learning disabilities.

the people it supports are at the heart of everything it does.CPF is an charity organisation working across Carmarthenshire, supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism. CPF provides independent advocacy, support & training, helping people to understand their rights, make informed choices and have their voices heard in decisions that affect their lives.
Through advocacy, training, activities, workshops & peer support, CPF works to promote independence, confidence & inclusion, ensuring that people with learning disabilities are involved in shaping their own lives, in a way that supports their rights & needs.
