CPF LOUD & CLEAR is a micro-media initiative from Carmarthenshire People First, created to share the real voices, experiences & perspectives of people with learning disabilities, autism & cognitive differences.Everyday achievements, honest experiences, practical advice, funny moments and important truths - all told directly by the people who live them. Some videos are thoughtful, some are funny, some are quietly powerful.
Every single one is real.Over time, CPF LOUD & CLEAR will become a living-archive of voices from the CPF and wider LD community -a place where everyone can share, teach, learn & truly understand.Because when people speak in their own words,
their voices carry LOUD & CLEAR.

Carmarthenshire People First is a member-led charity supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism & cognitive differences across Carmarthenshire.Through independent advocacy, training, activities & peer support, CPF helps people understand their rights, make informed choices and have their voices heard in the decisions that shape their lives.At the heart of everything CPF does is one simple belief - that people with learning disabilities, autism & cognitive differences should be actively involved in shaping their own lives, on their own terms.
