Self-Care September
September at CPF is all about looking after ourselves, but "self-care" means something completely different to everyone.Throughout this theme week, Members share the things they do to look after their wellbeing, from simple everyday pleasures to the people, places and activities that help them feel good.There are no rules and no right or wrong answers. Just real people sharing what "Self-Care September" means to them.

Carmarthenshire People First is a Member-Led organisation supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and cognitive differences across Carmarthenshire. For over 20 years, CPF has helped people have their voices heard, make their own choices and live the lives they choose.Through independent advocacy, training, activities & peer support, Carmarthenshire People First helps people understand their rights, make informed choices and have their voices heard in the decisions that shape their own lives.At the heart of everything Carmarthenshire People First does is one simple belief -

It's really easy to make & share your own video for CPF LOUD & CLEAR - just follow these 5 steps:
1. |🎥 Film your selfie video - use your phone camera. Hold your phone upright.2. 👀 Watch it back - make sure you're happy with it and that we can see & hear you clearly.3. 📱| Scan the QR Code - point your phone / reader at the QR Code. It will open an online folder.4. ⬆️ Upload video - tap the big green button and choose your video. Give it time to upload fully.5. ✅ All Done! We will edit your video and add it to our social media publishing schedule.
